ulliSales Project Manager /liliNutraceutical Healthcare Manufacturing /li /ul h3Azienda /h3 pWe're partnering with a growing international manufacturing company operating in the nutraceutical and healthcare sectors to identify a Project Manager. /p pIn this role, you'll lead customer projects from development through commercial launch, acting as the key interface between clients and cross-functional teams. /p h3Opportunità /h3 ul liManage multiple customer projects across the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to commercial launch. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments. /li liEnsure project deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and quality standards. /li liAct as the primary customer-facing contact, providing regular project updates and facilitating decision-making processes. /li liCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams including: Research Development (RD); Quality Assurance; Regulatory Affairs; Operations; Supply Chain; Procurement /li liProactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues when necessary. /li liSupport product development, technology transfer, scale-up, industrialization, and launch activities. /li liMonitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
/li liMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 3 years of Project Management experience within a manufacturing environment. /li liProvenexperience inone or moreofthefollowingindustries: ul liCDMO /li liNutraceuticals /li liFood Supplements /li liMedical Devices /li liPharmaceutical Manufacturing /li liLife Sciences /li /ul /li liSolid understanding of product development and commercialization processes. /li liKnowledge of GMP-regulated environments and quality systems. /li liExperience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical functions. /li liStrong familiarity with project planning methodologies, risk management, and project tracking tools. /li liProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 pCompensation Benefits /p ul liPermanent contract (CCNL Chimico Industria) /li liGross Annual Salary: approximately €45,000 /li liPerformance-based premio /li liOpportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with strong growth prospects /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
