h3Key Responsibilities: /h3h3Leadership Team Management: /h3ulliLead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of technicians and testers specializing in system configuration, testing, and validation. /liliPlan and prioritize daily operations, test cycles, and configuration schedules to meet project milestones. /liliFoster a collaborative environment, drive knowledge sharing, and support professional growth within the team. /li /ulh3Testing, Validation Quality Assurance: /h3ulliOversee the definition and execution of comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer environments. /liliEnsure meticulous documentation of test steps, execution results, and defects with detailed reproduction steps in test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure, TestRail). /liliValidate defect resolutions and maintain high quality standards across all software, firmware, and hardware integrations.



/li /ulh3System Configuration Technical Operations /h3ulliOversee advanced software and firmware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting on Sesami cash recyclers and associated server/cloud solutions. /liliMonitor cash transactions, cash feeds into acceptors, cassette note/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations. /liliEnsure all testing protocols accurately simulate real-world customer usage and operational scenarios. /li /ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration: /h3ulliServe as the primary technical and managerial bridge between your team and other SDLC stakeholders, including Development, Release, and Product Management. /liliCommunicate project status, risk assessments, and quality metrics effectively to upper management and cross-functional teams. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
