We specialize in Agile, DevOps, and team collaboration technologies, helping organizations work better, faster, and with greater integration. /ppOur client in the Swiss public sector is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities (SAFe) to support the ongoing operation and continuous development of a central case management system. /ppWorking within a hybrid HERMES and SAFe environment, you will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage and prioritise the team backlog, define acceptance criteria, and support testing and release activities. You will also contribute to a parallel system replacement programme. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGather, analyse and document complex business requirements from internal and external stakeholders /liliModel business processes, system requirements and functional specifications /liliTranslate business needs into epics, features and user stories, including clear acceptance criteria /liliMaintain and prioritise the team backlog in alignment with product management /liliPrepare and participate in backlog refinement sessions /liliDesign and support functional,



system and user acceptance testing, and formally accept user stories /liliMaintain project documentation, including user manuals, release notes, operating guides and training materials /liliSupport the analysis and resolution of complex incidents, software defects and business queries beyond first-level support /liliManage and triage the project mailbox /liliContribute business expertise and functional migration requirements to a parallel system replacement programme /li /ulh3Mandatory Requirements /h3ulliCertification: Valid CPRE Foundation certification or equivalent, with proof submitted alongside the application /liliLanguages: German at C1 level or above and French at B1 level or above (CEFR), with documented evidence /liliProfessional experience: At least four years of demonstrable experience in business analysis /liliEducation: Degree from a university, university of applied sciences or higher technical college, supported by a diploma /liliMethodologies: Strong practical experience with HERMES and SAFe in a hybrid project environment, including backlog management and refinement /liliTechnical environment:



Experience analysing requirements across complex system landscapes with numerous interfaces /liliStakeholder management: Ability to work with large user communities and stakeholders across multiple levels of public administration /liliOperational delivery: Ability to balance ongoing system development with the preparation of a system replacement /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliCCBA or CBAP certification /liliHERMES Foundation certification or an equivalent qualification, such as IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI, CSM, CPOM or SAFe /liliExperience delivering comparable projects and independently producing business object models, requirements specifications, functional concepts, process models, REST/SOAP interface specifications or test documentation /liliExperience managing incomplete or conflicting requirements /liliFamiliarity with federal public-sector requirements relating to controlling, reporting, information security and data protection /li /ulh3Additional Requirements /h3ulliResidence in Switzerland or a valid C residence permit is required when submitting the offer /liliRemote work is permitted within Switzerland only /liliOn-site presence in the Bern area is required for 40-60% of the assignment, depending on the project phase /li /ulh3Join us! /h3pBecome part of a team driven by innovation, belief in talent, and a commitment to excellence.
