Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. /p /brpThe Paid Media Manager will work closely with our Director of Paid Strategy to continually optimise paid campaign performance across different channels for internal and external stakeholders. /p /brh3bYou’ll be responsible for: /b /h3 /brul /brlipPlanning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, with a main focus on TikTok and Meta /p /li /brlipActivating campaigns and analysing results to make optimisations and maximise performance /p /li /brlipUsing a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually improve campaign performance against KPIs /p /li /brlipBuilding and maintaining strong relationships across departments and with clients /p /li /brlipPresenting findings to clients regularly and reporting on campaign performance /p /li /brlipMaking data-led recommendations to enhance performance /p /li /brlipStaying up to date with channel updates and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed /p /li /br /ul /brh3bWhat You’ll Need to Thrive /b /h3 /brul /brlipDeep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape /p /li /brlip3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube) /p /li /brlipProven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis /p /li /brlipConfidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+ /p /li /brlipHigh proficiency in Excel /p /li /brlipStrong numeracy and analytical skills /p /li /brlipOwnership mindset and high attention to detail on administrative tasks /p /li /brlipAbility to make and justify decisions that drive client performance /p /li /brlipComfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones /p /li /br /ul /brpAI is core to how we operate.
