The IT Operations Senior Analyst – Procurement Raw Materials Logistics works within the IT Operations team to ensure the highest level of support to the Business for the Raw Materials Logistics and Procurement areas, through solutions developed on SAP AFS. The role also contributes to ERP evolution projects and will be part of the project team supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the new PLM. Main duties and responsibilities: /p ulliManage and plan system evolution and enhancement activities. /liliSupervise support and assistance to SAP users, with a focus on MM and WM modules. /liliEnsure the robustness and reliability of IT solutions developed on SAP AFS, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to continuously maintain and improve system performance. /liliCollect feedback and business requirements from key users, managing system enhancements in line with company objectives and overall vision. /liliDevelop in-depth knowledge of the relevant business processes to translate new needs into functional requirements and technical specifications. /liliPerform system testing activities to support the release of new solutions.



/liliEnsure effective user training and continuous updates on SAP solutions. /liliMaintain a high-quality level of relationships with colleagues, business key users, and external partners. /li /ul pRequirements: /p ulli5–6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, ERP applications, or related consulting roles. /liliExperience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions. /liliProven involvement in ERP transformation, system migration, or digitalization projects. /liliKnowledge of SAP environments /liliExperience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and product development processes. /liliBackground in application maintenance, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliUnderstanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes. /liliExperience in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent English. /li /ul pWhat We Offer Applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tessile Industria Category: Employee Benefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, employees are eligible for further benefits and initiatives in accordance with Company policies, including lavoro da remoto arrangements and meal vouchers.
