pIn this strategic role, you will steer industrial and operational activities across two production sites to drive performance and growth. You will work with local and international leadership to advance operational excellence, energy efficiency, and plant modernization within a circular economy context. You'll shape the operations organization, implement Lean and CI initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to support long-term objectives.
