Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering critical industrial and cross-functional projects that support the successful launch and scale-up of the Gigafactory. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead and manage projects across engineering, procurement, operations, and supply chain. /li /brliDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with company strategy. /li /brliMonitor and control project progress, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. /li /brliIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. /li /brliPrepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. /li /brliFoster cross-functional collaboration and act as a point of coordination between internal and external partners. /li /brliContribute to building a strong project management culture within the organization. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. /li /brliProven experience (3-7 years) as a Project Manager in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment. /li /brliStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence, etc.). /li /brliExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
