processes and policies.* Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting.* Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll issues and follow up on key escalation.* Ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.* Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies.* Support coordination of training activities on site* Collaboration in the preparation of information material for local HRBP on activities in connection with meetings with trade unions.* Ensure blue collar scouting, support recruiting with external agencies.* Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
