The role focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConfigure and manage CRM platforms such as bSalesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools /b. /liliManage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems. /liliBuild and optimize sales and customer success workflows. /liliMaintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems. /liliIdentify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.



/liliCreate clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines. /liliSupport system adoption and operational improvements. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullib4+ years of experience /b in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations. /liliHands-on CRM configuration and management experience. /liliExperience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM. /liliStrong operational judgment and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication. /liliStrong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
