Responsibilities:FacilitiesUnder the supervision of the Facilities coordinator:
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues & requests
- Coordinate andmonitormaintenance, repairs, & facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building, being HVAC system themain focus.
- Liaise with external contractors, vendors & internal teams tomanage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work.
- Liaise with landlord tomonitorall the requirements as per contract.
- Support facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves
- Maintainaccuraterecords, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations
- Promote a safe, efficient,



and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, insuranceand safety departments whenrequired.
- Identify, report, and follow up on facility issues, incidents, or emergencies, coordinatingtimelyresolutions.
- Perform periodically review all facility-related activities, performance, and issues with theFacilitiesCoordinator to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Health & SafetyUnder the supervision of theEnvironment, Health & safetycoordinator:
- General supervision, responsible forassistingwith the implementation of CAE’s global HSE strategies,programs,policies, procedures, and processes.
- Liaise with the delegated RSPP tomonitorall the Occupational risk prevention requirements as per contract.
- Provides recommendations to EHS coordinator tofacilitatecontinuous EH&S; performance improvement.
