Overview
In this role you will act as a technical trusted advisor in the pre‑sales phase, helping prospects assess Cynet’s platform and translating their needs into concrete security solutions. You’ll deliver demos, guide PoCs, and support deployments while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support. You’ll engage at customer meetings, events, and webinars to articulate value and drive technical decisions. This is a chance to shape customer success and scale Cynet’s security platform with a hands-on, cross‑functional approach.

Responsabilità
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and partners
- Support technical evaluations, PoCs, and deployments
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams
- Represent Cynet at customer meetings, events, and webinars

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in a pre‑sales security role (Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Presales, Security Consultant,



or Professional Services) within cybersecurity
- Strong experience with Endpoint Security, XDR/EDR, SIEM, SOAR, Identity Security, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and MITRE ATT&CK;
- Experience delivering technical demos, PoCs, workshops, and customer enablement
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience supporting Enterprise customers and Channel Partners in pre‑sales
- Solid understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Networking, MITRE ATT&CK;, Threat Detection/IR, M365 Security, Azure/AWS
- Hands‑on scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript)
- Experience with SOAR integrations, security workflow automation, playbooks, API integrations (REST/JSON), webhooks
- Experience responding to procurement requests (RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFE)
- Ability to write high‑quality technical responses, coordinate with PM/Engineering, and produce ar
