Overview
In this role you will drive Emerson’s natural gas business expansion in Italy, focusing on Southern Italy and OEMs and industrial users. You will define commercial development plans and actively pursue new opportunities, while promoting the full portfolio including lifecycle services and gas technologies. You will work cross-functionally with proposals, engineering and operations to deliver high-quality solutions and manage the full opportunity lifecycle. You will report on pipeline, forecasting, and market trends to support business planning. This role offers a hybrid setup based in Seregno or Bologna with a chance to impact growth at scale within a global automation leader.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute commercial development plans aligned with business unit and country strategies
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in Southern Italy with OEMs and industrial users
- Promote Emerson’s portfolio including lifecycle services, integrated systems, and gas technologies
- Drive lifecycle services growth across the national territory working with operations teams
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with proposal, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and sales tools with daily pipeline management and forecasting
- Contribute to forecasting and update leadership for business planning and performance tracking
- Operate in line with Emerson’s ethics, compliance, and quality standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in Natural Gas, Oil & Gas, or related energy sectors with exposure to lifecycle services
