h3Drive Projects to Success /h3h3Your role /h3ulliYou plan and manage projects for the implementation of new or modified production and service processes, including cross-site projects. /liliYou coordinate the transfer of processes into production, for example as part of design transfers, site transfers, or change control activities. /liliYou ensure that projects are successfully delivered and properly closed within the agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. /liliYou coordinate all project stakeholders and keep a close eye on resources, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. /liliYou contribute your own ideas, actively shape collaboration within projects, and help us continuously improve our project management standards. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliA technical or commercial education/background /liliInitial experience in project management, along with the motivation to take on responsibility and further develop your project management skills /liliThe ability to coordinate different functions and locations and drive alignment and decision-making /liliClear and effective communication skills,
