This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever's global HR policies.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Law & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements.Employee Relations & Case ManagementLead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency. Act as a subject matter expert for sensitive cases, ensuring fair treatment and risk mitigation.Advisory & Stakeholder PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders,
HR Business Partners, and operational teams on labor law and employee relations matters. Support negotiations with works councils, unions, or employee representatives when applicable. Liaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.Risk Management & GovernanceIdentify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping to support legal defensibility.Training & Knowledge SharingDelivertraining and guidance to managers and HR teams on labor law, employee relations and best practices. Promote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization.Qualificaltions and CompetenciesDegree in Law (mandatory); specialization in Laboror Employment Law is highly preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations roles. Strong, practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices. xysqume Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is an advantage.
