Envolve Consulting, an independent company specialized in management search, selects a Sales Area Managers DACH area for a prestigious multinational company operating in metalworking sector.Si candidi in fretta: consulti la descrizione completa scorrendo verso il basso per scoprire tutti i requisiti di questo ruolo.The role, reporting to the CEO, will have the mission to achieve the commercial objectives for the assigned area, identify and pursue new business opportunities, in DACH region to support company growth.Key Responsabilities:Identify market / customer requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territoryEstablish new and maintain existing relationships with customersRegular customer visits and reportingProvide pre-sales technical assistance,



defining provide technical-commercial solutions to customersDrive creative solutions to minimize the importance of price and maximize the differentiated values of productBeing aware and share any important information about market trendMonitoring customer payments behavior in collaboration with the credit department, adjusting the credit limit according to the situation and in line with the Company procedure.Participate in the annual budget setting process and be able to comment on relative prospectsReport regularly on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect business strategies and on quotation & project potentialKey Requirements:Technical education or bachelor’s engineering degreeFluent in English and German bothAt least 3 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development B2B in companies operating in businesses focused in selling machines for industrial installations.Availability to travel for 30% to 50% of working time. xysqume Business trip in DACH area.Salary range: 60/70K.#J-18808-Ljbffr
