pWe’re looking for a bCountry Manager /b working in Rome office. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging our day-to-day operations to achieve quality goals and accuracy for products. /liliSupport Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Trip Leaders/TEL’s performance management to meet company’s guidelines to achieve excellence goals /liliCreate a strong, high performing trip leaders’ team that exemplify the company’s culture and values and team spirit /liliAbility to drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure /liliEffectively participating with travelers on sites to support trip leaders/TELs and obtain live feedback from passengers /liliCreate strong relationship with primary and secondary vendors and support with buying goals /liliDesign new tours and identify, evaluate, and implement authenticexperiences that immerse our travelers in Italianculture. /lili24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of operations/customer issues. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven and effective travel industry and staff management experience in the tourism industry and working with American customers. (Minimum 5 years) /liliMinimum bachelor’s degree educational background /liliExcellent interpersonal / communication and problem-solving skills /liliProven vendor relations and negotiation skill is a plus /liliFluency in written spoken English /liliProficient in Microsoft Word / Excel /liliAbility to implement US Global Corporate Company of performance driven strategy on product quality,



operation initiatives and cost management /liliStrong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating high-performing teams. /liliProven success in making difficult decisions and taking calculated risks. /liliAbility to implement a global business strategy. /liliExperience leading projects and operational initiatives and managing costs. /liliStrong attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving and addressing deviations. /liliIn-depth knowledge of Italy, its culture, and its geography. /liliTeam spirit, flexibility, versatility, and enthusiasm. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and emotional maturity. /li /ulh3Total Rewards /h3pThe salary for this position is 50,000 EUR annually.
