innovation, and business growth /li /ul h3bShow your expertise /b /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline /li liSeveral years of leadership experience in engineering and design management within project-based industries /li liStrong understanding of engineering processes, project execution, quality management, and regulatory requirements /li liProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills with a strong business and customer focus /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is between € 77’300 and 103’900 gross per year (full-time).
