Monarch Academy is seeking full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our educational team serving students with autism and complex support needs.

RBTs collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, related service providers, and administrators to provide individualized academic, behavioral, communication, and functional support throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include using xysqume evidence-based ABA practices, data collection, AAC supports, and implementing BIPs and reinforcement systems
