Job Description * Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, revenue, cash flow, and progress, invoicing and cash collection ensure compliance with IFRS * Perform variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.



* Present project financials to senior management, including V- and C-Level executives. * Assist with claims and change order management. * Manage customer bank guarantees and related documentation. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in project controlling, with expertise in project costing, estimating, and financial monitoring, preferably in an international EPC environment, with readiness to travel (10-20%) * Strong knowledge of risk and claim management. * Proficiency in financial data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and make informed recommendations. * Familiarity with IFRS and industry best practices and standards. * Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work independent * Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
