and liaise with third-level AMS for corrective and enhancement support;* Manage ticketing processes, SLAs/KPIs, escalations, reporting and client communications;* Coordinate operational activities, troubleshooting, workarounds, configurations, parameterisation, tuning, problem management and support for releases/UAT;* Manage relations with third-level, product, development and software factory teams for corrective and enhancement activities, change requests and application interventions;* Analyse technical and financial proposals received from suppliers and convert them into structured proposals for clients;* Participate in SALs, service reviews, War Room sessions, technical calls and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Note: The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel to Turkmenistan.Who you are:Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Electrical, Electro
