Your mission Ciao a tutti, and welcome to Sungrow As our Sales Engineer EVC for Italy, you will help accelerate the transition to cleaner mobility by connecting customers with reliable, high-performing EV charging solutions. Let’s dive right in: * Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for Sungrow’s AC and DC EV charging solutions across Italy. * Prepare, manage, and submit competitive tender bids while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and relevant regulations. * Guide customers throughout their e-mobility journey through consultative sales, on-site visits, technical training, and ongoing support. * Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, industry peers, and strategic partners to strengthen Sungrow’s presence in the market. * Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, Service, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. * Monitor market developments, customer needs, and regulatory updates, translating insights into practical recommendations and growth strategies.
Your profile All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? To thrive in this role and enjoy a long-term career in e-mobility, your background could look like this: * You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. * You bring at least five years of experience in sales and account management within the e-mobility sector. * You have strong technical knowledge of EV charging technologies and enjoy turning complex topics into customer-focused solutions. * You communicate confidently in Italian and English at C1 level; Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus. * You are eligible to work in Italy without requiring visa sponsorship. * You are comfortable travelling up to 50% of the time for customer visits, trade fairs, industry events, and partner meetings. * You are genuinely passionate about e-mobility and the energy transiti
