LuxExperience is seeking a Senior Payroll and Administration Specialist to join the team in Italy.

You will manage the payroll cycle end-to-end, ensure staff data accuracy, liaise with external providers, and support HR processes across national and international projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll, strong knowledge of Italian Labour Law, and experience with Zucchetti Infinity; Workday is a plus.
