is seeking an experienced Manager Estimations & Proposals to lead our estimation and proposal team for complex automotive final assembly projects.

You will drive accurate cost estimations, structured proposals, and continuous improvement of estimation methods across AGV, conveyor and integration scopes.
The role interfaces with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing xysqume and Controlling and requires strong analytical skills, English fluency, and a hands-on mindset to mentor the team
