About the role
What Will You Do? ? As a Revenue Manager at Smartness , your mission is to help our clients maximize their revenue potential by leveraging our cutting-edge SaaS RMS platform. You’ll act not only as a technical expert but as a strategic consultant, guiding hotels and hospitality businesses to adopt best practices and achieve measurable growth. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Customer Consulting & Support: Engage daily with clients, understand their needs,



and provide tailored advice to optimize revenue through Smartness.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies that maximize returns.
- Platform Adoption: Platform Adoption: Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices, while collaborating closely, especially for the Ultra segment , with the dedicated onboarding team to ensure effective platform adoption.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify improvement areas, and propose innovative solutions to enhance revenue strategies.

What Are We Looking For? ? We’re looking for a professional who blends technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to support our clients and drive platform success.
