- Lead and coordinate international IT projects and rollouts across different markets.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage large project budgets , monitoring costs and financial performance.
- Coordinate international and multicultural teams , ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain RAID logs , proactively identifying risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Work in Agile environments , applying Agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting and governance to stakeholders.
- Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, significant budgets and international rollouts .
- Knowledge of RAID management and Agile methodologies.
- Fluent Italian and English , with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:

- Previous experience managing complex international transformation or technology projects would be a plus.
- Experience coordinating multicultural teams across different countries.

- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
- During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
Freelance contract:

- Daily rate: EUR 240 – EUR 300 , depending on experience, skills and project requirements.
- Remote work available from anywhere in Italy.
