Registration Student Support Assistant
Reporting to the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the Registration Student Support Assistant assures the proper holding of all the secretarial back office and front office tasks supporting students and faculty in all activities involved in the courses.




Assure back office administrative and registration activities such as certificates issue, study plans’ update, credit registration, exams and final exam check and Nabagest update about student careers and personal data.
Assure the extrapolation and elaboration of students’ population data according to the requests received and share the results obtained with the different departments or institutions.
Assures administrative supports to students throughout the academic life (study plans update, credits registration, badge printing out and distribution);
Assure the management of the e-mail accounts dedicated to the student careers.
Support students with all the requests related to the permit of stay request and renew, fiscal code, health insurance,
