Overview
As Men Leather Goods Designer at Gucci, you translate creative direction into product concepts for leather goods, shaping collections that reflect Gucci’s aesthetic and heritage. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality designs across the line and drive special projects from concept to renderings. You work on research, sketching, and development, balancing creativity with feasibility and deadlines. Responsabilità Research fashion, lifestyle, cultural, and product trends to identify opportunities for the Men Leather Goods category
Develop research-based concepts from collection themes and inputs from the Artistic Director
Create sketches and design proposals aligned with briefs and Brand aesthetic
Refine designs based on feedback, produce renderings and updates as needed




Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Legal, and other stakeholders to incorporate inputs
Ensure cross-category consistency and clear communication with internal teams
Translate direction into technically feasible product proposals while preserving Brand aesthetic
Balance creative development with collection deadlines across multiple products and special projects
Requisiti fondamentali 5-7 years of experience in leather goods design, preferably luxury/fashion
Strong knowledge of leather goods development, constructions, materials, techniques, and production processes
Solid fashion culture and awareness of trends, Gucci heritage
Excellent freehand drawing and visualization skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
Creative and collaborative approach with ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Ability to manage priorities, stay accurat
