Requirement: Provision of Support Services for the Management of Deployable Communication and Information Systems at Deployable Air Command & Control Centre (DACCC)

Total Scope of the request (hours): BASE 2026: approx. 300 hrs (1 Contractor * 150 h/month)

Period of Performance: 2026 BASE period: As soon as possible, but no later than 01 November 2026 (tentative) until 31 December 2026.

Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET

This requirement addresses the need for proper accountability and management of Deployable Communication and Information Systems (D-CIS) currently deposited at the DACCC. At present, D-CIS systems are not fully recorded in any centralized logistics system. Certain components are owned by NCIA, while others were procured through NSPA. However, the D-CIS capabilities were delivered as complete systems, and individual components have not been systematically registered in any logistics system of record.

As DACCC is now the designated user and responsible authority on behalf of ACO for managing this equipment, there is currently no clear guidance on which items should be recorded in which system. DACCC therefore requires expert support to:
- Identify all equipment components;
- Determine the appropriate system of record for each item;
- Input and manage the data within the relevant systems.
