For our Client JUVISE’ an International pharmaceutical company Pharma Point is looking for a:
COUNTRY LEAD ITALY
The Country Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations within Italy. As a Country Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement country-specific strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Drive business growth by expanding into new markets and optimizing operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee employees and contractors, managing their performance and development.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage the country’s profit and loss (P&L;) statement, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Monitor budget performance and financial metrics.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement best practices for quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian’s culture, customs, and business practices.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

- Develop and execute a country-specific strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Achieve sales targets and market share growth in Italy.
