Launchmetrics is seeking a DataOps Support Operator to identify root causes of user requests and manage prompter solutions to keep clients satisfied. You will collaborate with DataOps Quality, DMR Account Managers, and DMR Tech to drive proactive coverage and data quality.
A proactive, autonomous, English-speaking professional is preferred and you will share insights with the DataOps and wider LM teams to improve customer support activities.
