Responsibilities
- Support the administration of personnel,
in particular drafting contracts and agreements.
- Handle administrative requests from employees.
- Support the management of processes related to the working life of all group employees.
- Monitor and update personnel data in the management system.
- Contribute to analysis and reporting activities to optimize internal HR processes.
Skills & Requirements
- A degree in economics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude and a natural inclination for teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.

- Total compensation: € 900 per month
