Contract : 6 months full-time internship

We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team. You'll be playing a key role in managing customer invoicing and collections, supporting accurate financial reporting in a fast-growing e-commerce context. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you'll help maintain smooth and reliable receivables operations.
What you'll do:
Support the accurate and timely issuance of B2B and marketplace invoices, following internal procedures and applicable fiscal requirements.
Help monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist with reconciling customer accounts and recording cash receipts.
Work with the Customer Happiness team to investigate billing or payment discrepancies.
Support the preparation of VAT and Sales Tax documentation.
Assist with month-end reconciliations and journal entries related to receivables.
Help maintain accurate AR reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.




Provide documentation for annual audits.
Support process automation and system optimization projects.
Who we're looking for:
Currently studying, or recently graduated in, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
A good understanding of accounting principles; previous experience is not required.
Confident using Excel, with an interest in developing your skills further.
Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable solving problems.
Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Collaborative, proactive, and interested in working in a fast-moving, international environment.
