Responsibilities
People Inspire, lead and coach store management teams Recruit and develop top talent Manage HR issues with HRBP Partner with HR and Finance on performance tools Service Support customer service resolution Drive revenue through local events Collaborate with partners and corporate teams Sales Analyze reports and action plans Track business results Identify marketing opportunities Operations Ensure brand standards and merchandising Inventory, logistics, audits,
