As a Distribution Account Manager, you will be part of the sales organization, managing and developing a portfolio of strategic distributors of electrical products and process instrumentation across Italy. You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities for mutual growth, and contribute to the achievement of Siemens' commercial objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include developing integrated growth plans, managing commercial agreements and partner programs, and collaborating closely with distributor management,



Siemens business units, marketing, and sales teams to drive sell-out and market-share growth.
The role has multi-regional responsibility and requires frequent interaction with both distributor headquarters and local sales organizations.
You'll make an impact by: Managing and developing commercial relationships with the assigned distributors.
Defining and implementing joint growth plans with customer management, based on an integrated product-portfolio and ONE Tech approach.
Building strong relationships with owners, general management, and key partner stakeholders.
Negotiating, preparing, and monitoring commercial agreements, incentive contracts, and partnership programs.
Coordinating activities with marketing, business units, and Siemens sales teams to ensure an integrated customer approach.
Analyzing commercial performance, monitoring KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities.
