All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLE As an Aerospace & Defence Strategy & Transformation Managing Consultant, you will lead strategy, operating model and program transformation engagements for organisations across the Defence ecosystem, with growing opportunities in the Space sector.
Working side by side with the sector leadership, you will play a key role in building Capgemini Invent's Aerospace & Defence sector in Italy, shaping integrated solutions that bring together our strategic, industrial and technology capabilities.
In this role, you will:* Lead end-to-end transformation engagements, taking ownership of teams, budget, quality of delivery and day-to-day client relationships;* Design operating models, organisational structures,
governance frameworks and performance management systems;* Set up and run Program & Portfolio Management for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs;* Act as a trusted counterpart for senior client executives, facilitating steering committees and supporting key decisions;* Contribute to the growth of the sector: supporting proposals, developing offerings and points of view, and identifying new opportunities within ongoing engagements;* YOUR PROFILE* 7+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, including a solid track record of leading engagements and teams;* Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related fields;* Experience on consulting projects in the Aerospace & Defence sector, preferably in Defence;* Proven track record in at least one of the following domains, having led multiple engagements end-to-end: Strategy & Operating Model – organisational design, governan
