Always Friday is one the first AI-native agencies in Italy . We are not an event agency: we are the startup that will make the agency model, as it exists today, obsolete. We are a corporate event concierge built on a proprietary platform: companies use us to book venues, catering, transportation and team‐building activities for everything from a business dinner to a seminar to a large annual retreat. Behind the scenes, AI and automation take care of every administrative and low‐value task, so that our Event Specialists spend their time on the only thing that cannot be automated: the client. We closed a pre‐seed round with top‐tier VCs, Revenue is growing 7x year over year, 21 exceptionally talented people already work at Always Friday.
We are closing 2026 in strong growth and opening two new markets in 2027: Spain and the United Kingdom Your responsibilities Today our requests come from three channels: inbound from marketing, outbound from a team of 5 BDRs, and Bridge, the programme through which partner venues forward us the corporate event requests they cannot serve.



What is missing is the person who turns this pipeline into signed contracts, in a way that can be repeated. As our first Account Executive, you step in to own the full sales cycle from initial pitch to signature. You report directly to the founders and collaborate daily with BDRs, marketing, and Event Specialists.
You'll own every deal from first demo to signed contract. Once a deal closes, our Event Specialists take over delivery, so you can stay focused on selling. There's no perfect playbook yet and no ready‐made answers. What you will have is a pipeline that grows every week, a team of BDRs feeding it, and the full backing of Always Friday. Present Always Friday's platform and services to prospective clients so the value is obvious from the first call. Lead every negotiation end to end, and work closely with our Event Specialists to make sure each client gets a smooth handover and a flawless event
