Vertiv Co seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee one facility within our manufacturing network in Italy. You will lead ~60 staff across three shifts, balance output with safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices.
The role requires a degree in engineering or related fields, significant multi‐shift leadership experience, and strong communication in English. You will collaborate across functions to sustain delivery and efficiency.
