Mission Lead the AI reasoning layer that combines imagery, schedules, inspection data, and contractor claims into auditable payment validation outputs. Responsibilities * Set technical direction for ML and LLM systems: multimodal pipelines, agents, RAG, evals,



document AI * Own model lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement * Lead and grow a small AI team; set quality bar, review designs and code * Define evals and accuracy benchmarks that make validation outputs auditable * Partner with Visual Computing, Backend, and Product to ship AI into the core product Must-have * 5+ years in ML/AI, with production experience across both classical ML and LLM-based systems * Strong Python and modern ML stack; experience with multimodal models, RAG, agents, and structured output * Hands-on with MLOps fundamentals (evals, model registry, monitoring) * Pragmatic, ships working systems; some lead/tech-lead experience Experience in regulated or audit-heavy domains (fintech, legal, construction, healthcare).
