Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate acts as a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting people-related initiatives and processes across the organization. The role contributes to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development,



learning initiatives and HR administration, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR strategy. Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership – act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day people matters, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – manage recruiting activities and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
Employee Relations – support employees and managers in handling workplace matters, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
Performance Management – support goal-setting, performance review cycles and feedback processes
Learning & Development – identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives to support individual and organizational growth
Organizational Development – contribute to organizational design, workforce pl
