About the role
We are seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to serve as the liaison between our company and our Tournament Organizer / Publisher partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
What you will do
- Work in a small team of Partnership Managers, responsible for Partner Management post sales cycle. Be the main point of contact for Game Developer / Tournament Organizer (TOs) partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and success
- Focus on day-to-day partner management and quality assurance, including onboarding events to kick off coverage internally and as a lead to push engineers to resolve technical incidents for your partners for flawless coverage
- Your role will include close external interaction with game developers and internal interaction with product development,
commercial and marketing teams
- Manage short and long-term (multi-month) projects. Setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, and independently driving the process forward. Attention to detail is an absolute must
