How you’ll make a difference
Design advanced solutions leveraging the Zendesk Suite and lead technical implementations, aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
Consult with clients to optimizing customer service and ITSM workflows, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
Integrate Zendesk with enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware, ensuring seamless connectivity across the application landscape.

What we’re looking for
3-5 years of hands-on experience leading and executing complex Zendesk implementation projects.
Solid background as a Consultant or Architect specialized in Zendesk with strong knowledge of the suite, custom apps and APIs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile, team-oriented environments.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €40,000 to €50,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

What we would consider a plus
Holding Zendesk Product/Partner Certifications.
Experience with Zendesk AI agent.
Experience in pre-sales activities, in addition to project work.
Knowledge of other SaaS platforms besides Zendesk.
