Every assignment offers new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a visible impact on customer success.Legga la panoramica di questa occasione per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.Your responsibilitiesInstall, start up, service, and upgrade packaging equipment at customer sites worldwide, ensuring successful commissioning and performancePerform functional testing, preventive maintenance, and inspections to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtimeDiagnose and resolve electrical, automation, software, and mechanical issues, providing effective technical support to customersCollaborate closely with customers to manage punch lists, drive issue resolution, and ensure systems operate according to safety standardsDocument service activities, machine performance, and maintenance records to support continuous improvement and operational excellenceExpectations for youTechnical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of electrical components and automation systems; mechanical skills are an advantageAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentationFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Additional languages are a plusKnowledge of packaging machinery is considered a strong advantageWillingness to travel globally for at least 140 days per yearWe also expect you to align with Valmet’s Leadership Principles—practical behaviours that guide how we lead, collaborate, and succeed togetherTake accountability – Act with ownership, set clear expectations,
