Maintenance Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

The Work Model For The Role Is

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
- Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
- Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
- Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.





Qualifications For The Role

- You have a strong technical background, with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
- You have experience in Maintenance Engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- You have experience in technical documentation management, spare parts identification and coding, and equipment data management.
- You have experience managing suppliers and supporting small engineering and maintenance improvement projects.
- You are skilled in problem solving, continuous improvement, and technical analysis.
- You are a collaborative and structured professional, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.

Compensation Package As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: €36.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
