Role Description The IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO IMPORT/ACQUISTI will manage day-to-day import and purchasing activities to support United Genetics Italia S.p.A.’s operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Parma involves handling import documentation, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role includes monitoring orders, tracking shipments, and verifying compliance with international trade and customs regulations.

The team member will communicate with internal departments to align purchasing needs, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records in company systems. The position also requires regular reporting on import status, costs, and any potential delays or risks.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage import operations, including Import and Import Export activities, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.




- Knowledge of International Trade practices and regulations relevant to agricultural or industrial products.
- Experience with Customs Brokerage procedures, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities or brokers.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or purchasing management systems.
- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines.
- Previous experience in import/purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Diploma or degree in economics, international trade, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
