Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing technical training to distributor engineers on industrial 3D printers, demonstrating strong self-motivation and hands-on skills.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from end customers and distributors, including information recording, online troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide on-site repair and maintenance services when necessary, and guide distributor engineers in resolving complex technical issues.
- Collect and document common technical issues, and collaborate with the product line's after-sales support team to ensure timely responses and effective solutions.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory checks. Operate the spare parts inventory management system, maintain accurate records, ensure information security, and verify the accuracy of transaction records.

Qualifications





- Preference will be given to local candidates or Chinese nationals who have been residing overseas long-term. Candidates who can travel freely to China with a valid visa are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above (fresh graduates are welcome). A background in engineering, materials science, or relevant work experience is required.

Experience in 3D printing is preferred. Good English listening, reading, and speaking skills are required, with CET-4 or IELTS 5.5 or above. Proficiency in Hindi or Italian is a plus.

- Strong hands-on technical skills in mechanical engineering, embedded systems, application programming, or materials chemistry. Previous overseas work experience is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and equipped with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Work Location: Arezzo, Italy.
