Are you passionate about credit management, customer accounts, and cash collection processes?

AdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for a Credit Controller to support the management of commercial credit activities and contribute to the optimization of cash collection processes.

You will be involved in monitoring receivables, supporting risk evaluation, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company procedures.

What will you do

Credit Management & Receivables Monitoring

- Support the management of the accounts receivable cycle, from customer onboarding checks to payment monitoring and customers open items reconciliation;
- Contribute to the analysis of customer creditworthiness (new and existing clients);
- Apply and monitor credit limits and payment terms in line with company guidelines;

Collection Activities

- Monitor customer aging and support collection activities;
- Perform payment follow-ups (phone, written communication, and escalation when needed);
- Support the management of overdue accounts, recovery processes;

Reporting & Administrative Support

- Prepare regular reports on aging, exposure, and collection performance and bad debts provisions;
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities related to accounts receivable;
- Support daily activities related to the finance team in a future perspective;

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales and Administration teams to ensure alignment in customer accounts;




- Contribute to maintaining accurate and updated credit data;

Who are we looking for

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law;
- At least 2-4 years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and credit management processes;
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or equivalent);
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English is a plus;
- Experience in the gaming companies is considered a plus;

· Contract and level commensurate with experience; · Salary range between €30,000 and €36,000 gross per year. Higher compensation might be evaluated for candidates with particularly relevant experience and skills.
