The role ensures the successful execution of engineering and design activities across projects and market sectors while driving technical excellence, quality, safety, innovation, and operational efficiency. As a member of the leadership team, the position contributes to strategic business objectives, resource planning, and organizational development.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesLead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and design teams across multiple projects and market sectorsEnsure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions that meet business and client requirementsDrive engineering excellence through the implementation of standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiativesOversee engineering resource planning, utilization, performance,
