Overview

In this role you ensure on-time delivery across the supply chain for the Custom Stator Cell, aligning raw material intake with final customer delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and optimize planning, leveraging Master Schedule logic and short/long-term planning. You will help improve digital tools and contribute to manufacturing targets, delivering tangible impact on inventory, uptime, and order fulfillment. This role offers the chance to influence production efficiency within a global, matrix environment.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate a large manufacturing unit across Florence/Massa plants and suppliers
- Participate in weekly production meetings to share updates with internal customers and stakeholders
- Track shop and supplier short-term plans for consistency with Master Schedule and LT/MT planning cycles
- Use Oracle ERP to identify material requirements, analyze supply,



and optimize inventory levels
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, material shortages, maintenance, and capacity issues
- Develop, implement, and improve digital tools in collaboration with system engineers and software developers
- Monitor deliverables such as OTD/VTC, SMI, inventory turns, and WIP aging

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Strong experience in production control, planning, supervision or sourcing
- Ability to work in cross-functional, global-matrix environments
- Independent, proactive mindset with process improvement capability
- Mechanical mindset with analytical approach to innovation
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
