Responsabilità
- Shape and translate market, customer, technology, and financial insights into strategic growth priorities
- Develop executive-level recommendations and scenarios for growth and investment decisions
- Gestate and govern the enterprise growth portfolio and support Growth Board prioritization
- Prepare and facilitate Growth Board discussions with clear actions and measurable outcomes
- Analyze market dynamics and financials to produce long-term forecasts and business cases
- Collaborate across businesses, regions,
and functions to ensure One Hitachi Energy alignment and outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Analytical, structured, and collaborative strategy professional with capability to interact with senior stakeholders
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
- Experience in strategy, sales & marketing, management consulting, corporate development, finance, or strategic planning in international environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to develop scenarios and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience preparing executive materials, facilitating senior meetings, and coordinating cross-stakeholder follow-up
- Ability to work across business units, regions, and functions with a One Hitachi Energy mindset
- Curiosity about energy transition, growth markets, and technology shifts
- Coaching mindset and ability to develop strategy capabilities in teams
- Strong ownership for outcomes and proactive stakeholder engagement
