To strengthen our Commercial structure, for the Small & Medium Business channel, we are looking for a Sales Account who will be responsible for developing Cerved's business in the reference market, representing the company and promoting its presence, managing commercial initiatives with a particular focus on the growth of already acquired customers. The role involves achieving sales and revenue targets on assigned customers, operating in close collaboration with the involved corporate functions.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio, identifying new areas of development in terms of services/products
- Monitor the market to understand the dynamics of the reference industry, optimizing business processes
- Achieve assigned objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, in close collaboration with delivery functions and other involved corporate structures
Requirements
- Master's degree in STEM disciplines, Economics, or Psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in the role
- Solid command of sales and negotiation techniques, with strong business acumen and the ability to manage challenging economic objectives
- In-depth knowledge of products and solutions in the credit, marketing, and sales fields, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey value
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all company levels and a natural aptitude for leadership
- Results-oriented, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in complex contexts and structured organizations
- Good knowledge of English
The onboarding includes a training program on products and the best sales techniques to place them on the reference market. The person, in a highly dynamic and structured context, will work in a territorial team. The place of work is Bologna or Milan, with a hybrid work model. The position is classified between Level 1 and 2, according to the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) and the expected initial salary range is between Euro 35,000 and Euro 45,000. The exact attribution within the salary range will be determined based on objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria (in compliance with current legislation).
